Guest common areas include a combined lounge/dining room, a library, cocktail patio, a breakfast terrace overlooking Owhanake Bay, a fireside patio, a 16.5 m swimming lap pool (heated Nov-Apr) and jacuzzi/spa pool (heated all year), a massage, yoga and exercise room, lawns and gardens, ocean beach and private paths.
Our library area hosts an eclectic and changing assortment of books to suit most reading and browsing tastes, as well as brochures and maps to heighten your anticipation of and planning for the fun ahead!
Our Lap Pool is magic - deep and warm in summer, with views to die for - and the Hot Tub is a haven of warmth in winter. Jog to the beach, swim, jog back, hot pool shower, a few laps, hot tub, hot shower, gourmet breakfast... Heaven.
Isla's Glen - behind our beach lies the Red Bush Dog, Rua Kuriwao. Then our track leads inward to the remarkable beauty and tranquillity of Isla's Glen. Pause on the hand-made seats and contemplate the beauty around you, the peace, the tinkle of water. Refresh in the quiet cool of the shaded glade in a hot afternoon. It is only 5 minutes from Marino Ridge to the beach, 7 minutes back... ;)
